What guests loved:
The hotel location is excellent. The hotel is across the street from the ferry, beautiful water views, about 3 blocks from train station (when running) and in the middle of Como for shops, restrauant...
Areas for improvement:
The only thing we would have changed was the bathroom set up in our room. It was basically in the room with not much privacy. The amenities, towels etc were lovely.
